MD Living Module is located in the Dealu Mare area, an area known for hills with vines and large wine production. MD Living Module is a concept module for a tourist complex based on the image of wine and vines. The accommodation unit is inspired by Feteasca Neagra wine, which is characterized by ruby hues, berries, cherries, prunes, vanilla and pepper.
The interior design of the container was based on all these elements put into operation in various forms: the use of suggestive colors, alternating strong colors - accent with neutral colors - warm, the use of a floor reminiscent of the "pepper" tenets that wine contains and last but not least, the visible marking of the concept through an explanatory strip of the type of wine and the use of a decorative element - the painting with the swallow that refers to the popular name of the Feteasca Neagra wine - "swallow’s tail".
Functionally, we tried to make the space more efficient, by separating the day and night spaces and reducing the surface for the sleeping zone to a minimum so that we can obtain a more generous day area, which is directly related to the outside.
